Some items may be shipped cold please pick up your package within 12 hours of delivery  to avoid item being spoiled.

Sheglam is NOT responsible for any missing items that sates delivered by the carrier.

All face masks MUST be refrigerated. If you do not refrigerate your mask it will spoil.

We are NOT responsible for any masks that are left out and spoiled.
